New Game Mode

"Division"

In this new game mode summoners are locked within there own lane(bases off there champion role) for 15 or 20 minutes. They can not go to or gank other lanes until the "Barrier" or force field timer has counted down. All laner's will be able to spawn back to the store and get there respective items like normal but again the "Division" line will be there preventing them from going to other lanes. Now I think this mode can work off the "Summoner's Rift" map. Also to keep in mind world Ults won't be able to pass threw the "Division" barrier until Division timer is down.

I left a lot of questions open in hopes that a Riot employee might see this and add there own ideas to this to make it better or just make is balanced. Thanks to whoever took the time to read this,
