I got reported for Verbal Abuse, literally without having typed one message all game. Perma Ban Me

I just played a game as Master Yi with a friend. We were on Skype so I did not feel like typing anything. The enemy team raged at me for about 20-30 minutes. I finished the game 24/4/4 and I received that message at the end screen that I have been reported for Verbal Abuse.

I did not say one thing during the entire game. Not one, negative, positive, or neutral. You all may say "well, you won't get banned." Are you sure? Because I'm chat banned for the next 80 some games. The system is flawed. This is clearly flawed. If I am lying - if I said anything during the game, PERMA BAN ME.

Those pop-up messages are not issued every time you are reported and do not necessarily mean you were reported in the game you just played. They deliberately delay them so that you cannot tell who reported you. Except in extreme cases, punishments are almost always based on your behavior over a number of games.
