Should I get Gangplank or Pantheon?

He looks really fun. I'm deciding between him and pantheon. I know they are two very different champions but I was wondering who you guys think I should buy.

Pantheon if you like easy champions/ strong early game champions Gangplank if you like hard champions/ strong lategame champions

Gangplank. I love him so much. His laning is kinda shit tho, but he scales so well into late game its worth it. Not the best gangplank player but i can give you some tips on him if you end up going for him

He is a top laner, you can play him mid but its not as good imo. probably could play him support and jungle too but i wouldnt do that.

gangplank is good but pantheon hard counters a lot of champs. Ive used him in the mid lane to counters yasuo's or high mobilty champs (boy does that work well) but he is still good top or jungle as well

Pantheon is relatively easy to play, and has an extremely strong laning phase, while Gangplank is a lot (emphasis on a lot) harder to learn, but isn't only a late game monster, but is probably one of the most rewarding champions (arguably the most of all top lane champs) to "master".
