chat restricted without any warning

a couple weeks ago i got a i got a 15 game chat restriction, i was being a an asshole and i realize that so i took the opportunity to try and reform and stop being so angry at my teammates. I've been trying really hard to not be toxic most of the time just not talking at all or only playing with friends i logged on today to a 35 game chat restriction without any warning of any kind that i was making people angry or getting reported i kinda want some red input if that's possible as to what i did to earn this because i have no idea what i did. im trying to be a better player but i honestly don't think i did anything to deserve a 35 game restriction without any warning of any kind not even a report card after the game.stuff like this just makes me want to quit playing instead of trying to improve knowing i can just get punished at random.(im not sure if this is the right board for this I've never posted here and have no idea where this would go)
