Wheres the exit from elo hell rito?

This has been the worst week EVER since I started playing league. What is wrong with people? Have people stopped thinking logically about what they're about to do? Plat to gold, I just cant get a break with the annoyances of solo queue. People plz think before diving a 50%hp jax when you're at 25% hp. Please stop charging at the enemy team when you're 0/10. Please stop and think for a second, "Do i really think i can kill this 20/3 carry?". Ask yourself that before jumping at the enemy team just to die over and over again. Please. People. Just. Think. Before. You. Do. Something. All that I ask.
