Incapable of getting an S rank for 3rd Mastery 7 token

So I am attempting to get rank 7 with Jarvan, whether I play him Jungle, Top lane, Mid lane, or even as support. I have had multiple games with stats like these, and some with over 250 minions. This game in particular, I had gotten all 4 dragons, 22 kills, 13 assists, a quadrakill, killed the nexus, two inhibitors, the most gold in the game, etc. This got me an A+ rank, much like a lot of my other 57 games aiming at the third Rank 7 token for Jarvan. I feel like the only way I could have gotten a higher rank is if I did NOT perform as well and slowed down the game to farm a lanes minions? This is siily, since I am the jungle. i cleared my jungle and the enemies jungle for nearly the entire game, but I'm being punished as a jungler for not wave farming? Rito please, please, please, this is getting ridiculous.
