RIOT SUPPORT NOT ANSWERING - DISHONEST?
So for the context, I made a smurf because I got a two weeks duration ban two months ago for hum? I don't know why. There was no chat logs and the support wouldn't tell me either. So yeah I want to get ranked rewards.
Now here comes my complaint. I bought a 50games xp boost (+7days) at lvl 1 so I could level faster. When I reached level 20 I realized I would need to buy IP boosts as well if I want to be able to get good runes for my promos. But I went too fast and bought another 50 games xp boost ON ACCIDENT so I ended up with 79games xp boost cumulated at lvl 20 if I remember. So yeah, completely unneeded and now I'm lvl 26 with 68wins left. I contacted the support and explained my situation asking if I could get a refund of my RP (over a week ago) but I'm getting completely ignored! Like I already spent money on this game, I'm confident it would be fair for me to get my RP back for that purchase. I'd appreciate some honesty here. Please help...
