It's fun entertaining and awesome all wrapped into one. However you ruin it with your constant choice of not upgrading your servers or getting better IT management.

I just played a game of ranked, so i know it's not my firewall, connection, etc., etc. DO NOT give me your lazy excuses saying it's a problem on my end. YOU are to blame for this loss I'm about to receive, and YOU are to blame for this 30-45 min waste of time i now have to deal with for my account to be useable again. You make MILLIONS of dollars a year and all that money is put to use bringing us new CHAMPS with PRETTY new skins for people to waste money on. Or on renting out MASSIVE stadiums to hold your TOURNAMENTS. To making silly MUSIC videos and GAME modes.

How about investing in a maintenance crew for your network?
