? That is like saying "can I get banned for rebinding my ult to middle mouse button" No why would you

because you have to actually change it in the game files, like you cant just do it through game you have to do the things this page says (https://www.reddit.com/r/leagueoflegends/comments/3vgw7a/how_to_bind_attack_move_to_left_click_with_full/) and on the page it says at your own risk.

You always have to be careful editing the game files, although what you are doing it for might be OK, it's a really gray area that could result in accidental punishments by certain cheat detection systems.
