A Message to Ragers in URF

So, it looks like some people aren't having fun in URF. Why, you ask? Apparently, some people feel that some champs are overpowered in it. They're wrong. EVERYONE'S OVERPOWERED. IT IS LITERALLY THE POINT OF URF. See, this is why we can't have nice things anymore; we'll find SOMETHING to complain about, even when URF the Manatee is gazing at you disapprovingly from his minigun and flamethrower throne. A little secret for the likes of those who absolutely can't stand to go against : BAN THEM. Tell your captain, do it yourself if you can, but don't sit there and complain about them and not even TRY to fix it. Or another strategy: counter the OP with the OP! Play , a poke GOD the likes of Nidalee, or someone who will lock down the enemy for days, or even to block all the spears, shurikens, and blue bolts of music being cast your way. But above all: HAVE FUN. This is your friendly reminder to play, and not CARE if you win or "lose". Just. Have. Fun.

Urgot Is honestly better at poke than Varus (2.5 missiles/second less cast time), and they're heat-seeking with your e, and give a slow with your shield... both of which you can have up constantly. (~2 second CD on each, and they last like 3 seconds) And dat armor shred and dot on the e.

I hear Galio's perma-heal shield is a good way to go against those OP champs. AP Maphite ult it a great way to knock Nidalee into oblivion. Xin can stick to Kat for days no matter how much she shunpos. MD malz eats people alive right now. Not sure what to do about Riven yet since I haven't fought one in URF yet. But I'm sure there's a hard counter out there. Ryze, maybe?

Actually, Sona is still grossly overpowered. Overpowered is a relative state. Obviously, if an urf champ got let loose in normal games, it'd be op as fuck, but relative to other urf champs, sona is still overpowered.

Ahri I don't know if she's overpowered, but she's pretty damn good at rushing in and bursting the likes of pokers such as Nidalee or Ziggs .

And honestly, the momentum when you play Ahri is just exhilarating, and I usually hate ultra mobile burst champs. But for some reason I'm cool with it on her. Ahri's actually fun to me... Like OP said, which is what URF, and the entire game is supposed to be about.

Honestly, Sona only hurts before you build resistances. It's why she falls off in the late game.

That said, I realize URF is most fun when you can kill things, and building glass cannon is how you kill things more effectively.

Unfortunately, I only have fun in URF playing as Sona. When people started banning her again, I stopped playing URF. Sucks.

Everyone may be overpowered, but champions that are already overpowered to begin with are even more overpowered now, pretty much reinstating normal meta onto urf.

Sona Perma heal, mov speed, shield, AP/AD, and long range locked on no skill required damage. She is probably the most annoying champion to play against. Literally is no fun unless you pick a champion that is just as broke. I want to play random champions though, not try to counter pick in urf...

Nidalee 3/4ths of your life in damage every second... It is absolutely no fun...

Shaco This one is actually just annoying, but as long as you have pink wards its not so bad. He does a ton of damage though and it was kind of fun to get scared when suddenly he pops up out of nowhere and 2 shots you. It got old real fast though when he began 2 shotting even our tanks though...

Ezreal Idk how this is even fun... you cant touch him or get near to him. You cant dodge long enough or run away from him.

These are the only 4 champions who ruin my night, it completely ruins the point of Urf (which is to have fun) because they are the only ones having it. The opposite team (if they decided to pick actual fun champions and not OP ones) feels like there is nothing that can be done and its pretty hopeless. Personally i think they need to disable Sona, idk how or why she does so much damage with only sheen but she can pretty much 100-0 anyone not building 6 tank items and thats only her damage... her perma healing/shields and move speed make it so bursting her is impossible unless playing an even more OP champion.

EDIT: Too summarize my long comment ill just say this Stop playing champions you know are OP, pick a champion you never play or something. You know if you pick Nid or Sona or Hecarim you are most likely going to win, how is that fun? Try Ziggs or Zilean? Try Galio or Naut? Try Corki, Heimer, Nami (super strong if you can land bubbles), try Aatrox?
