CHESTS on S after 7?

so i reached lvl 7 with thresh and then got an S+. i did not receive a chest despite having some to earn. are there no more rewards once you are the best? kinda made me sad. wasn't sure if this was intended or not

For more chests you need be ranked S on champions you haven't received an S on before, as far as I know. You can go to your owned champions page and check each champion; the ones with a gray chest haven't had an S earned on them yet.

you can only get 1 chest on each champ per season they should refresh in time though

if you already received a chest on that champ its like near impossible to get another one.
