LoL SkinSpotlightsReplays - How to show announcer

Hey community, So when a summoner gets a double kill, triple kill etc., the announcer message pops up in the middle where it says double kill or enemy has been slain or something like that. How do I activate or get that feature to pop up in the replay if I want to get rid of the rest of the interface? Thanks
