Laggy in the Bay Area

Myself and some co-workers have been having ping in the 160-180's since last Friday (07/18/2015). This seems to happen every night around 7pm or so and the game becomes basically unplayable. I have tried to search for any outages or other notifications about issues with Comcast in the Bay Area but haven't seen anything. Decided to make this post just to see if we were the only ones or if the entire Comcast Bay Area community was having to deal with similar issues. Usually our ping is in the mid 30's so this is very strange to see it at a steady 160-180. Before anyone rages saying that they have that ping all the time and I'm just QQing. You're right, I am just QQing I miss my 36 ping.

I can understand how you feel. While I will say that I play at 140-160 ping all the time, there was a time when i was comfortable with 280 ms ping. yes you read that right, I played at 280 ms and could manage. But after playing at 140, 280 becomes hard to manage. So I can imagine what it may feel like playing at 180 after being used to 36.

I actually live in the concord area and am experiences the same issues. I've tried talking with my isp but...it's comcast. So not much luck with them so far.
