on September 29th i got an email saying i was suspended as it was part of a huge wave of suspension's. but up to that point i had done nothing wrong i had let no one on my account and i played from my home computer, and 3 computers at a pc cafe and the only one who had ever played on it further more i played 90% of my ranked games with a friend called "liamlama" and i was very confused so i decided to send a support ticket to riot to see if there i was anyway to show that i was innocent as i had done nothing wrong and wanted to see my ranked rewards as i have worked somewhat hard. when i received a reply it was a copy pasted message essentially saying we cant help you even though you had provided your absolute proof (ex. ip, proof of games, times played, ect). So after that the support decided to close the ticket even though he didnt help me at all. After that i decided mabye i can make another ticket and someone else can mabye help me but no such luck as they just cancel the ticket a day after its mabye because they consider the issue resolved even though i had said that i had not recieved any kind of help. So i have no idea what to do now as i cant recieve help to clear this up from support and the only way i can think of is help from a riot support here on the board if anybody can help please do so.

thanks fuzzypeach13.

I looked at your account and your friends and I don't see anything that could lead someone to believe either person is boosted or being boosted. In my limited experience with Riot support everything does feel very cookie cutter and I don't feel like their customer service is really any good. I would go as far as to look up alternate routes to contact a riot employee and email them with as many details as possible.

As far as I'm aware, every case of boosting was manually reviewed (I believe multiple times) before they issued the suspension. The posts on the boards have mentioned that they look as far back as your placements (quite a bit further back than NA.OP.GG goes).

Sad to know you're going through this. That's really ridiculous.

Did you manage to ever get this issue resolved? I'm going through the same thing right now and it is extremely irritating and a waste of time.
