Things that should be added to League of Legends

I don't know if something like this has already been posted so I'm gonna post it anyway. Some other games I've played like League(Dota2) have some features that'd be great to have in LoL. First off there is an in game microphone that is able to be toggled with a hot-key and you can custom set the hot-key, in the game it wasn't used as much would think but in League it could be misused or help teams communicate easier. Another feature is pausing the game when one person disconnects so say if you are playing with friends and you disconnect they can pause the game and wait for you to reconnect. The last feature I'll mention is if someone disconnects either on purpose or technical difficulties then they have five minutes to join back or else the match won't count against either team, also with having only five minutes to reconnect they get all the time they want if the game gets paused.

While I agree we need voice coms, RIOT has repeatedly said they have no interest in doing this due to trolling fears.

IF they implement a voice, they will also need to implement a voice mute, or a report on someones voice... which means it will all have to be monitored and recorded.....

As someone who does security audits for a living, I can think of 1000000000 different reasons to avoid doing this, and very very few to actually do it. Smart Ping was a great idea to bridge the gap... they just need a few more features like that and voice coms will continue to become less and less of a priority for basic pickup games.

i think the pings are really great for comm and would like to see more of those in terms of communication. no voice needed.

as for the pause. i feel like this would piss people off more than not. and while i'd like to see it on some level. i think that no one has that ability at present makes it kind of more fair. i wouldn't want to deal with constant delays hwile playing most of the time. if it was something that you dealt with exclusively when playing with premades. maybe.
