Hello Riot,

There are 18 stages of champion select that can take approximately 40 seconds each. The preferred champion select, 6 ban phases, 10 champion select phases, and the right before load screen phase. 18*40= 720 Seconds (12 minutes AKA about how much time I'll take to wright this post)

My suggestion for a change that is much needed is to reduce the default times of the first 17 stages to 25 seconds and cut off 25 seconds off the last pre-load screen stage. 15+(17*25)=440 (7 MINUTES 20 Seconds) Instead of 720 SECONDS. This will cut champion select maximum time down by exactly 40%

The penalties for dodging in champ select cue need to be HUGE to get people to pay attention...they are costing other people a great amount of time.

I thought when i brought the fire Ice icon, that the ability to kill people and freeze them would be permanent, had i known it wasn't i'm not sure i would have made the same purchase, i'm really disappointed. Morgana
