About "Your Shop" Skin Selections

Your Shop has been released for a while and I am not sure if people already talked about it or not.

I feel like there is a problem with the skin pools that Rito "chooses based on your interest". To my understanding, it's based on the champs you recently played.** As a player who plays a lot of ARAM and Fill, I have got discounts for champs that I actually rarely play.**

So here's my opinion,

Wouldn't it be better if it's based on Champion Mastery instead of recent play history?

The problem with that is that people could have gotten 100k mastery points on lux or something. and then they dropped her for a year or 2. My shop comes out and a lux skn is in it, but you don't play her, so its a waste of a skin

That's your problem? It's not the system's fault that you prefer to play a lot of ARAM.

That'd be nice, but not. Like my highest mastery champions are Morgana, Janna, Sona and Nami... I own all of their respective skins already, so what would it give me?
