LOL Patcher Log-in screen

So the new Arcade skin lines have been released and the LoL patcher log in screen was changed as well and I was wondering if its possible to use the same login screen as your desktop bg or a the lock screen of a windows 8? Its a really cool idea and I don't know if its possible or not so I thought why not ask @ the LoL site, the Riot team might know..
