Q/E buffs on eve to make up for W being gutted (cant stick = less damage output)
Remove Q animation speed nerf Return E to magical Add base damage to Q back (no more 25% of base damage gone PLEASE!)

If I read the PBE reports, they are reverting the change to W in the PBE. So Riot might be giving her the ability to stick to an enemy back.
