The teemo skin sale gave me 5 skins for champs I dont own. Why, why must you be like this?

The champion is also for sale at the same % off if that helps. I confirmed it with 70% off Project Zed on another account.
Zed normally costs 975RP, that's 292RP when 70% off.
Project skin costs 1350RP, that's 405RP when 70% off.
405RP + 292RP = 697RP cost, which is what it asks me to pay.
You won't ever get a better deal than 50% off from what I've seen. I can understand a reluctance to use your RP on Champions though, rather than skins. I used to buy all of the 6300IP champs when they were on 50% sale, for RP.
I just didn't want to spend a super long time grinding for the IP back then on this account, to get all those highest priced champs. Plus I've another account that I've been levelling and grinding IP on instead, so I don't need to spend extra time grinding for IP on my main account these days. Saved me a lot of bot games (guaranteed 1st win of the day IP).
