Trading things/linking accounts

I am kinda upset with one account and like to play on my smurf but I am upset I don't have the characters on my smurf account. I had an idea to make a trading system so you can trade champions with skins to the other account but lose it for the other. I would be so happy if you can do this. I ask for riot games to make a trading system.
