i got banned for 14 days for doing nothing i just said like 4 things in chat and then they banned me after a ranked like wtf i did nothing wrong

Punishment rules became much harder now, but if you are sure that you didn't say VERY bad things and didn't get chat or ranked restrictions before, you may write to support.
