Team Builder

I went away for a while but i came back and wanted to play some games, but team builder is gone Im not even level 30 so i cant really play ranked and try out this new drama creating queue thing you're all on about. I basically dont even want to play because i dont want to have to go through the horrific process of arguing about who plays what every single game, it ruins the experience for me. Can someone advise if they are planning implementing a feature to combat this, because i'd rather spend 20 minutes getting a game in team builder than 30 seconds arguing before the guy who is basically forced to play support or whatever role he doesnt like, ragequits.
