Lucian login screen

So I made a bet with a friend about the Lucian login screen. I started playing in 2013 when Lucian was juste released and I remember it being the first login screen i ever saw when logging in. My friend, strangely, says it was his first login screen also. The thing is, he only started playing in the early 2015. So my question is, has the Lucian login screen animation been brought back on the client of League of Legends in the early 2015? Sorry i don't have the exact date of the year. My bet is it hasn't been brought back since I only stopped playing for about a month and it was when Vel'Koz came out. His bet is that it did came out a second time in the early 2015. I have sent a request in the support Riot Games website, and the Rioter told me they couldn't answer and that i would have to ask it here on the community boards. So here I am today, asking if anyone could have any kind of proof that the Lucian login screen animation did or did not come back on the client. I have searched the whole internet and all i found was the login screen playlist on the League of Legends Youtube channel, where Lucian only appears alongside the 2013 login screens.
