I think League should refund players everytime they rework a champion

I think it's pretty unfair that you pay for skins of champions you like only for them to be completely changed after reworks. Buff/nerfs of the damage of certain skills are alright I guess, but completely changing the skills or passive of a champion changes who that champion is. I really think League should give the option to refund players in RP at the very least if they rework a champ from now on. Is this possible?
