Smurfs
Is RIOT ok with people smurfing Im trying to figure out why people think it is gun to make lower level people make find the game unfun and quit?

I don't see the problem. Smurfing is leveling up your account to 30.. You can only stay at a low level for so long because you can't turn off experience you earn when playing. Secondly the only way to get better at a game is playing better people. You learn things, if you want noobs to play with noobs how are you going to get better?
