Ever see a player and just think "Can't wait to see their face when they get banned?"

So many people are toxic.. Got a diamond five who fed in a bronze game feeding me lit 100 notfications in a minute so many people are boosted or just really toxic. I would prefer harsher punishments but like its so weird. Any tips on how to avoid toxic players?
