About Shadow Assassin Form (Kayn)

"Hi, i'm currently #1 in Mastery Points on NA (Kayn) and #3 Globally, so i'm going to tell you my thoughts on the Shadow Assassin form of Kayn. Since I seen you buffed his R AD ratio, it's nice and all, but I don't think it's going to solve his problem of being seen as the weaker form and not even equal to his Red, since it has once of the best late game kits in the game, while shadow form has its okay early game kit. Let me explain Rhaast Q is an Anti tank shredder, so champions like cho-gath and sion don't even have a chance. He also has a knock up in his W providing great cc for his team to either peel or engage with. His E was already a great ability so it didn't need to be changed (but I'm going to get back to it later.) His R is also godlike in team fights since he can Heal it and get right back in fight proving that he's a sustain tank like WW, which are usually unkillable if you don't focus them down fast or burst them, or (get the item with grievous wounds) But then we look at the Shadow form. Q unchanged, becomes one of the weakest abilities in the game since for one, it doesn't provide enough dps compared to two auto's on Adc building crit or even lethality. His W great way to poke, due to the increased range but, becomes useless late game as well since it will do little to no damage like his Q. His E great mobility great ganker, and the best way to keep people on their toes due to the mobility. his R you guys are buffing the damage so it isn't going to be an excuse but It helps combo into his other abilities like W due to its range. So, here's the problem, late game blue form has now 2 useless abilities, while red form all 4 of them becomes useful throughout the whole game. The huge fix to this all can go to his Q. How so you may ask, well for one you can either do two options, do the whole trend of shadowform of his kite and give his q extra range, or the best option in my opinion give him a scaling of missing % hp. An execute, so that he feels like an assassin not some guy that just says hi and bye, without doing much for the team. How the % missing HP will help? Well it will synergize with his passive and kit, entirely with his combos like Q W R or W R Q. Q W R is the quick burst, but W R Q is the way to get into a team-fight against ranged carries. The R no matter what can be negated by zhonyas and other invulnerable abilities to nullify the ult which means your buffed ad ratio ult still leaves him just as useless as now in Live Servers. So in the situation that, R is negated but we got the Buffed Q like I said as an execute it has more of a chance being an assassin since usually you're focusing a carry and the W will do a bit, against those like 400 damage late, (but almost 0 to tanks) so his Q can be a clean up tool for his Damage with his Auto + Passive into Q making sure he gets the kill (and usually die right after) I'm just seeming like you guys are giving Kayn the Zed treatment making everything revolve around his R to kill which make him useless and even worse since at least Zed got damage in his other abilities while Kayn does not. But, you may ask then that will just make Rhaast a weaker version (well not really since he's still got his tank shredding job) but even if we ignore that, you can just give Rhaast a minor buff to his E which is his only unchanged ability like just give it extra healing or make it a reset so he can chase others and keep going into the fight like a mad man. Which will = out the unbalance between the two forms.
