LOL needs a new jungler. Prefrebly a good one.

Hello Peoples (and Rioters)!

I have noticed the recent lack of junglers (And Sheer HUGE numbers of ADCs) since Zac came out in March, but his massive nerfs mean the most recent GOOD jungler is Elise, who was released 15 months ago. Rammus needs more friends in the jungle. I was thinking of things a new jungler could have (obviously not all of them).

  1. A Damaging aura like item 3068, Rammus ult, or Amumu w.
  2. a good initiate from a medium range, see Warwick ult.
  3. A Yordle
  4. A global, even if weak. Prefrebly one that can damage but go through jungle creeps.
  5. high speed. Im thinking Yasuo Passive, execpt with movement speed and no sheild
  6. This may seem a bit far fetched, but stealth to other stealthing champs (Ex. Eve is in my vision but stealthing. I get no warning of her [I can't tell im stealthing], but as long as she is in range and no other enemy champs or towers see me, Eve cant see me either)
  7. A Melee AD champ
  8. a item 3157 active built in, probably with some short term damage reduction built in after use.
  9. An unarmed ninja?
  10. A lore tied in with Shyvana or Rammus

I'm confused. There are a lot of junglers that are viable in the current meta and pretty strong.

For Example: Udyr, Mundo, J4, Shyvana, Nocturne, Rammus, Zac, Elise, Kha'Zix, Nautilus, Skarner, Volibear, Zed.

But they could come out with a new jungler champ, but not because there is a lack of junglers in the current game.

Although I agree with SUnDipFunny among some of the things he said. Udyr is not a good jungler. Probly one of the worst in game. But you should expand your jungler horizon. Lee Sin is still amazing, Khazix is awesome too. J4 is great, Vi is my favourite. Olaf has got an amazing clear time. Just try out new champs. Elise and vi are my preferred junglers though

I agree that we could use a new jungler. But I would want to see it focus on high fast clear speed and damage to be able to stand up against current meta jungle champs (Shyvnana, Aatrox, Olaf, Elise). Having an AP jungler with fast clear is hard to balance but we certainly need one.

With the majority of top laners s4 being AD, an AP jungle would allow for more pick options for mid (or top if the mid decides to be zed or talon)

My last point is that we need another jungler that can apply heavy early pressure to make an impact before the farm tops can fly ahead (nasus, olaf, aatrox). Sort of an Elise + Shyvana witch might sound op but if you gave the champ mana and replaced the stun with a slow as well as a move speed buff it would be very effective.
