How can I become a rioter?

I'm a 17 year old Canadian boy going into college this fall for game design also a main and I hear a whole bunch about people being able to apply to join riot and I was just wondering if someone could show me how to do that since I would love to be able to work with such fantastic creative people who on a lot of cases are putting personality first on the characters for this game which excites me due to the pure creativity of it and how amazing and unique it makes each champion, anyway if anyone could tell me thank you very much ^_^ and if this isn't exactly the place to put a question like this I'm very sorry I was just very curious.

If I were you I'd go to the career section of the riot website and look through that stuff. At least you'd have a ballpark of what to work towards.

I'm going to college this fall and the list of the stuff they're teaching me is as follows: Game History and Mechanics Interpersonal Communications Game Development Ethics Screen Arts Production Hardware Architectures Interactive Media Design Interactive Media Scripting Level Design and Development Comparative Programming Languages Linear Algebra Mathematics Computer Programming Concepts 2D Graphics Programming 3D Graphics Programming Artificial Intelligence Data Structures Mobile Systems Network Programming Quality Management Work Practicum I'm hoping this is enough for them to except me once I'm done Amumu

It's not just the learned stuff that matters though, it's very much the person. Making a portfolio to track your progress and push your development would probably help with that. Then you can build confidence so that when you apply you'll be like "I have x to offer that's different, I'd be an awesome asset to the team" or "I'm consistent at X and am open to learn whatever YZ is needed"

You're 17 so take it slow and absorb your courses. You'll find something that resonates with you among that list hopefully and then you can chase it. Trust me, you'll know when that topic is 'the one,' since you'll forget you were supposed to sleep while working on it.^^
