How can I become a rioter?

I'm a 17 year old Canadian boy going into college this fall for game design also a main and I hear a whole bunch about people being able to apply to join riot and I was just wondering if someone could show me how to do that since I would love to be able to work with such fantastic creative people who on a lot of cases are putting personality first on the characters for this game which excites me due to the pure creativity of it and how amazing and unique it makes each champion, anyway if anyone could tell me thank you very much ^_^ and if this isn't exactly the place to put a question like this I'm very sorry I was just very curious.
