Riot please help my friend is a jerk

I have been playing league for a long time and owned every champion besides ziggs, for my sheer hate-ride of the champion for him, and for my birthday my friend decided I needed a champion for my present, and low and behold I now have ziggs, and would like to know if there is anyway you can refund the gift back to him because I really don't want to own this champion.
