IP bans?
Like, can't you just reset your IP? Does rito even do IP bans, or do I just gotta spend 500$ on this game on a new account?

What are you talking about?
No, they do not do IP bans. Any large internet-related business would be foolish to do so.
They can't do that because a college for example all has the same public IP going out for every person using it. By doing this you would be punishing thousands of people for something one person did.
