BRING.BACK.THE.TRIBUNAL

Honestly, the title says it all.

I truly do not believe that Riot is policing this game in a way that weeds out the negative mentality. The tribunal at least allowed the player base who cared to take some of the pressure off.

Please Riot, please bring the Tribunal back. In some form or another.
