Why is the client in the ranked screen such a piece of sh*t?

Just got a 30 minute wait time because when I clicked on a champion nothing would happen. Screen then froze at 0 telling me to lock a champion, when I couldnt even pick one. Exit the client and come back---30 minute wait... This happens way too often.

Multiple times have things disappeared off the screen like summoner selectors and runes/masteries. Teams wills just disappear randomly while I look at a blank screen. And multiple times champion selection got all f*cked up where there was massive lag/delays in what I clicked on or it was just totally non-responsive altogether. Pretty ridiculous that something like this isn't sorted out by now.

Edit: Also lost 10LP so thats awesome too
