Window resizing, moving, and closing when champion screen open

I've at times faced the issue where I'd go to my roster of champions and click on one of them to bring up their respective screen, and because PVP.Net is too for to the right, the close buttons for both the champion screen and PVP.Net itself are out of reach. At this point, the window cannot be resized or moved. I understand that the Esc key can close the champion screen, but this isn't immediately apparent to most people. I have, as a result, often closed the entire PVP.Net client to fix the problem.

It would be very helpful if one could just move the window around while the champion screen is up. Is this possible to arrange?
