Achieving Level 5 Mastery of a Champ Should be Rewarded with a Skin
I feel after all the hard work, there should be a way to show off what you accomplished.

A skin would be too much for level 5. Maybe when they realease lvl 6 and 7 you might be rewarded with a chroma (only one) for that champ. And, if the champion dosen't have a chroma yet then, you can get one when a chroma is released for that champion. However, this might be pushing the limit a bit...
I have to agree with the Chroma idea. A recolor for reaching level 5 with the champ seems more appropriate; I know HotS has skins for every champ they've mastered, but HotS has like 30 heroes and they went in with the intent to do that. Asking LoL to create more than 130 skins just because on a dime like that is too much.
I could see chroma being a reward, but just a skin in general seems too much and just highly abusive! We already have a problem with bitters and this would just make them run wild in normals just to get the account skins to sell later.
