Level of stupidity in each mode

I would say the level of stupidity in each mode for SR goes down, from least dumb to just outright stupidity*:

Team Builder Normal (Blind) Ranked Draft Pick

I don't what it is with normal draft pick, but I continuously get a stream of stupid, ignorant people who don't listen and do whatever they want. Also, for me at least, Team Builder just seems to be where most people are friendly and actually want to communicate as a team, with the occasional troll. Ranked and Normal are about even, but since there's more at stake in ranked stupidity hits harder.**

* By stupidity I am referring to toxicity and team communication. (Thanks to Lenox007 for clarifying)
** Completely based on my observation, not sure how others feel about this.

I guess it depends how you define stupidity. It almost sounds like you're talking about toxicity. If that's the case, I'd agree. I have found players in Team Builder to be generally more friendly while in the lobby as compared to draft normal champ select. Player skill however is probably worst in Team Builder. I don't play Blind, so I can't really speak to that. I assume by normal you are referring to blind?
