Actually LoL is 1 of the most played game in the world but also 1 of the most hated game in the world as well
We actually know around how much people playing it everydays but I would be really curious to see how many players they loose everydays for being pure greedy bastards that dont care about their customers and only think about money!!!

Riot is a gaming company. As such, they only make money by pleasing their customers. Considering they're making hella bank, I'd say they're doing a good job of pleasing the majority of their customers.
Does anyone ever read what people write and think "Oh my God, this person has absolutely no education." Yeah? This is one of those instances.

Actually thinking RIOT and blizzard are the 2 worst video games compagny when its time about talking of customers services

It's worth pointing out that the POP setup for the Centralized Server is far more expensive than setting up two server farms would have been, and was done for customer experience.
It's worth pointing out that in the past year Riot's given me two free Skins (a mystery skin and Captain Gangplank), as well as a free mystery champion (I got Jarvan), and they're planning on giving away a champion and a skin to anyone who places Gold or Higher this year (as they've done every year). This all in addition to the three free champions/skins that you can get as soon as you start playing the game (Garen, Trist, and Alistar).
It's worth pointing out that at the end of the day Riot is still a business, not a charity. They do need to make money.
