False reports?

Sooo, when is riot going to do something about these false reports? When people feel the need to report me for negative attitude when all I say is GG 20 minutes in and we have no towers. Oh and not to mention when I get reported for verbal abuse when literally all I said was "Don't fight 3v5's"

I don't understand why people need to be punished when some other summoner is simply in a bad mood and want to report someone.
