Grey Warwick and Medieval Twitch

"I already have Medieval Twitch and Grey Warwick skins! What do I get instead?

If you already have those skins, you’ll still get a chance to pick up some new champions through champion shards in Honor Capsules, with more rewards coming through them over time. Also, Honor-exclusive loading screen flairs let others know when you’ve received honors from teammates and you’ll unlock even more rewards at the end of the season."

This was stated in the Honor FAQ. I'm a little upset that people who already have the skins, people who got it from the Refer a Friend system, aren't getting special borders or even just a little thing to indicate that we've gotten it from before. Or maybe I'm mistaken and missed something somewhere where it said we would get one, but as far as to my knowledge, we aren't.
