Looking for a squad to Climb on ranked games

Im actually Silver 3, but i used to be gold 5 and i was gold at season 5 (My first season). I can go on every lane (But i have only like 5 support champs) The lanes that I've played more are Mid and Jungle I can use Skype, Curse or Teamspeak.
