Skin Options

So I just came back to league of legends not too long ago after taking an 8 month break. Looking through my champs and skins, I've realized that I have a lot of multiple skins for some champs. Was wondering why there is no skin sell option in the game to sell some skins you do not want/use/will never use for maybe half the worth or something of the sort. Cause what the heck am I to do with 3 ashe skins. Obviously one is cooler than the other two and I will never use the others so come on Riot. I'm sure you make enough money to put this feature in there for the poor LoL players :)
