Gift Bundles!

My husband just got his own computer, so I'm going to start teaching him to play League. I want to get him the Digital Collector's bundle, but there's no way to gift bundles right now. I could just gift him the RP for the bundle, but the gift chest that pops up when you log in is so exciting...

That, and it'd be nice to gift friends the fun bundles that come out every once in a while.
