So, Im lv 27 and of course i won't go straight into gold or something but I want to know which of these champions and worth maining. I mean like picking them for every single game. Im looking for a Safe hyper carry that counter alot of champions. My play style is Aggressive but not over aggressive. I like Jax and Lee top.

I would either go for

Irelia- She has alot of damage yet is tanky so she won't die in teamfights. However all the videos of Irelia is boring because they farm 24/7. Also She like a rework jax thats 3x more expensive. Gnar-I love him, however the mini gnar is something i hate cause im aggressive and mini gnar dies easily. Riven- Never tried her, But she rekt people. The only worry is will she died super fast in teamfights?

riven is probably the best to solo handely win games. especially if the enemy team is full of squishies like low elo is, if they have at least 3 super squishies on their team just build like 90% damage(maw cdr boots bt ie qss and last whisper or defensive item) if they have a tanky team comp go for a last whisper, ghostblade, maw, bt, ga, defensive item

Depending on the enemy team. most of the time if you have 3 defensive items you can initiate and stay alive for most if not all of the fight.

Imho, Renekton is the guy you want for the simple reason that he can win most match ups against other players who aren't prepared for him to rip their faces off, and then he can roam and go raidboss in early team fights.

A fed Renekton in low elo can really dictate the early game well enough to ensure victory.

Irelia is another good choice since with mercs she basically becomes CC immune and she's pretty hard to kill, making her great for erasing carries.
