Repeating ranks through seasons?
If someone gets ranked lets say bronze or silver in season 3, are they more likely to be ranked lower elo in season 4 when they play their provisionals? I was just wondering thanks <3

seems like it.. on my smurf last season i ended like 2-8 in my placements -.- started bronze 4 and got to silver 5. this year i want 7-3 and got put in bronze 2. such a joke. but on my main i went 4-6 and got into silver? lol
