Dear Riot,
Please don't think me rude, and I doubt you'll even read this but I figured I'd try since my new year resolution is to stay positive. May I ask if you are gonna make a new Zac skin? I feel like he is left out. he's been out for awhile and has one skin. He can have so many opportunities if you give him a shot. Bubble gum Zac, Super Gooper Zac, H2 Zac aka water Zac, Jello dessert Zac. but he needs some love
disclaimer - Zac skins are a hot topic and we are not able to answer any questions about -when- a skin is coming out or is in the works (or any other skins). I'm here to perhaps shed a little light and let you guys know Zac is not forgotten!
Definitely don't think you're being rude! What I can tell you is that Zac's champ and stretchy tech is very difficult to work with, and that alone increases work time on him a lot. So using a popular community skin suggestion for him, Gentleman Zac - his clothes especially around his arms would have some crazy weighting and stretching issues. And it would also be really weird to see cloth stretching and turning into globs of goo haha I'd love to hear any suggestions on workarounds you may have to mitigate this!
I know "easy" recolored skins have been suggested for Mr. Blob, but then it would seem unfair if say we released a 750RP Bubblegum Zac and have him wait a while for another skin instead of taking the time to make sure we make a super awesome blow-your-mind quality skin for him.
Some random ideas I had:
Cookie-Dough Zac: His blobs would be chocolate chips. Furthermore, when killed by ignite with his passive down, his corpse will bake into a delicious cookie.
Battlecast Zac: Dropped blobs would be oil. Limbs wouldn't stretch, rather they would mechanically extend somewhat like 
's arms. When dead and ulting, he and his blobs would be that silvery goo stuff the Terminator 2&3 antagonists are made of.
Mercurial Zac: Zac made of mercury. Sort of like what I suggested above, minus the battlecast.
Pool Party Zac: A giant, Zac-shaped water balloon. Blobs would be water balloons obviously. I picture this skin to be more cartoonish or gag-like, if that's the right way to describe it. Would be humorous like Surprise Party

Rainbow Zac: Because 
. Seriously, liquid rainbows. Would puke rainbows on death with passive down. Needs a better name though.
Corrupted/Void Zac: Ferrofluid. Need I say more? Would definitely need the spiky effect. (This is what ferrofluid looks like: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kL8R8SfuXp8)

Ice cream zac maybe add a cone to the head for funny effect and when passive goes of have the cone in a puddle like when a kid drops ice cream
How about Arcade Zac? That he is all made of pixels like in the game Tetris! :)

I think he should have a volcanic skin 
. It would go along with the volcanic wukong and didn't rammus have one too? I don't remember cause i think it's gone now. But it would be pretty simple...I think. He wouldn't be just red and fiery, he would have a constant texture flow- I'm thinking arcade hecarim's tail, but it would look like shifting lava. His little blobs would be little lava blobs that could slowly turn black as they decay or "cool off". When he launches into a fight or jungle camp his wind-up could show him scrunching together and his mass could form what looked like a little volcano and he could shoot out of it lava explosion style - or that could be his ultimate. I doubt I'm the first one to think of this, but if anything maybe give RIOT an idea that more people would want this. Upvote or comment with ideas of improvement!

How about something like Mercurial Zac or maybe focus it on elemental stuff such as magma zac or a Blob of blood could be cool xD

Honestly, if you put the time and effort into making a type of candy looking Zac skin (think Dark Candy Fiddlesticks) where he is made of out bubblegum and other candy bits, I am sure I would love that skin. It could be so different looking while retaining the original Zac animations.
An idea I had that's like a recolor but kind of cooler is for Dark Matter Zac, where his coloration is of space and whatnot, but as he moves around the map it's like his outline is moving over a stable background?
For example in this gif the outline is what moves over like a stable background. Could be kinda sweet on Zac!

Zac and jinxs need their second skin I would hope after this set of PBE updates and that those hit live we get a new skin for these two!
Yeah, I understand it's hard to work on Zac, but I think what he is made up of is really what you should consider. Magma, sand (shurima version), or cherry slurpee, but you guys really are ignoring the possibility of inserting things into him.
You could put a human skeleton in him with a viking helmet on top, congrats freljord version, make him water like and fill him with swimming fish and give that skin comments with Nami.

RiotNurseFlan, what do you think about a Sand-based zac? "Sandcastle Zac" "Zaccastle" i think a sandy skin would work smoothly with the stretchiness. I could whip up some fanart for ideas? He would be just picking up little piles of sand :D
I really thought he'd be first in line for a Chroma pack. Seriously, why Nemisis Jax over him?
Why not try using different textures? LIke sand could "stretch" and it would look like a cool texture. Maybe something like sandman zac or hourglass zac
Why can't you just make the clothes stretch as well like how Mr.Fantastic or Elongated Man look in the comics when they stretch? :/ I honestly don't think it would look that weird, and you could either opt to leave the globs regular green or make it at least be the same colour.
