Is 25 mbps good enough for...

I am going to host a LAN with 9 other friends (so 10 in total), and I need to know if 25 megabits per second is good enough to run all 10 computers, which are all wired, at the same time. We are on the west coast if that matters. I am hoping for at most 150 ping/ms.
