How to deal with players like... ???

So was playing Ranked, premade with 3 other people so we had 1 random we all called our lanes and the character we want to use. the random had control of banning 3 characters suddenly he bans the Yasuo my teammate claimed and said "f off. im leader so i can be whatever i want. i'll take mid, pick something else" :/

even though we all claimed our lanes before him. then ingame it got worse. since he lost his mid lane that he stole quite fast... and blamed the team for not "assisting" him :/

thats including turretdiving a full health turret on an enemy cho'gath on 76% health while he was a 30% health Zed

so 20 mins in he ask to surrender we wont and he goes "im gonna wait in spawn, you losers just wasting your time" and spent 10-13 minutes in spawn running around or momentarily afking... so its a 4 on 5 him having a score of 0/8/1 ==" we lost.

How do you deal with players like that?

get over it and move on to the next game

and maybe ff to not waste everyone's time.

also, in draft pick, first pick gets priority. it's not stealing the lane, it's having pick order.

You seem to keep dancing around 1 fact. Riot clearly states that it is PICK order when in any Draft Type matches. Therefore calling a lane means nothing. Sure it is good to communicate what lanes you want, but you are not obligated to have those lanes just because you got into champ select first and copy pasted your lanes into the chat box. Ultimately, team captain has the first and final say when it comes to Bans and First Pick.

also pick order > call order, deal with it.

Yeah honestly if you're going into a match and none of your buddies got first pick dont expect to get the roles you want or champs you want, you have to remember people love trolling team mates. So lets go over some basics of what not to do in rank modes:

Never give out the champ you're going to play during banning phase.

"f off. im leader so i can be whatever i want. i'll take mid, pick something else" while being a toxic numbskull, he is technically correct. everything else, bad luck for you, horrible players do exist
