and start patching the shit client. It either kicks me from the loading screen after champ select, therefore; making me relog, or it black screens me during champ select making me lose 3lp, then 10lp, and kicking me from playing for 30min.
After that's over I'll sit in a low priority queue for 10min...

Have you tried re installing the client?
Have you updated your drivers?
Does anyone live with you that plays league? If yes do they have the same issue?
Do you have the same issue on another computer in the same place if possible to know?
Have you submitted a support ticket about this issue?
Would you like to completely ignore these questions and dismiss them as pointless to do your own troubleshooting without having to explain every little thing you've done do far? ( If yes, go here )
