Fodora Ult Teemo Skin

if teemo gets a ult skin that has a fodora i will go nutz! I have good ideas listen closely, with each model evolution he will get new things such as: a little propeller that pops out of his fodora like a flower :-)! and his mushrooms could b mini fedoras!! if this skin becomes true thing, i will pay hundreds of money. please consider doing.
